BABY

Babies need our help with feeding issues, colic, bowel and many more conditions.

Reflexology has helped many babies with the pain caused by teething, wind cramps and not being so constipated. In general, Reflexology is a great tool to use for your baby. The technique is slightly different for babies, having such small feet. There is a video we have done to show you how to walk a babies foot. 

CHILDREN

With children, they have bigger feet to work on, making treating them easy. There are a lot more health issues as children grow. With children, in addition to general childhood illnesses, you have puberty to deal with. Reflexology is very beneficial for females and males, working all the hormone areas on the feet. Anxiety and depression is another thing our children need to deal with.

DISABLILTY 

Mothers often say they don’t feel there is enough help for their disabled children. I know from a clinician point of view, Adults with disabilities have the same complaint. I have seen a lady in a wheel chair, that cannot get any help from the hospitals to get her legs treated with Lymphoedema. NDIS help the physical condition of a paraplegic, but not the medical condition. So offering something like Reflexology could help immensely. It is not only helpful for medical conditions, it can be relaxing and soothing, reducing anxiety. When there are no feeling in their feet, do their hands.

ADULTS

Life can be very challenging for all Adults between, stress at work, pressure running a home, dealing with medical issues and many more. Unfortunately, drugs are not always the answer for some illnesses, operations are not offered to all of us either. So to have something stress free like Reflexology, is worth trying. You may be shocked with the results. 

ELDERLEY 

Sadly there isn’t a lot we can do for the elderly that are in palliative care. Hence learning this technique can have extremely relaxing and beneficial results. Reflexology is not painful, it’s gentle and feels lovely. Touching skin to skin is very therapeutic.
